This striking residential/office building, extended on one side, is part of a historical row of houses in the Karlihofplatz. The structural fabric of the property is over 200 years old. In 1979 the five-storey old town building was completely refurbished, such that it was to a large extent gutted and redesigned. The building is used today with a restaurant on the ground floor, office space on the 1st and 2nd upper floors and maisonette dwellings on the 3rd upper floor and in the attic.
