Our properties in the commercial region of Greater Zurich Area are located primarily in the Glatttal and in Zurich Wiedikon.
The Glatttal in the north of Zurich is characterized by a particularly favourable situation, in both national and international terms. The area is served by airports, motorways, stations and city bus and tram networks, and economically it belongs - partly owing to its attractive tax rates - to the most rapidly growing areas of Switzerland.
The location Zurich Binz in the Wiedikon quarter ranks among the new growth zones of the city. It has excellent transport connections and is in the direct vicinity of extensive local recreation areas.
Since 2004, Credit Suisse has calculated an annual a quality of location indicator (SQI) which demonstrates the economic attractiveness of the individual cantons. In accordance with this study the canton of Zurich is still the most attractive economic location in Switzerland, followed by the canton of Zug.
