The property at the Sägereistrasse 20, consisting of three structures, is distinguished on the exterior particularly by its modern architecture, on the inside in particular by its thoughtfully planned glass cube design. The premises offer the tenants plenty of scope for their individual ideas and permit selective development of the leased floorspace to meet operational needs.
Ground plan
The three structures are in principle independent of each other, connected with their own staircase and elevator, but linked together with terraces and bridges which serve as areas for meeting and taking breaks. The structures as a whole are surrounded by a glass exterior. The basic forms of the three buildings are rectangular and practically identical. The supporting elements are the building cores and ferroconcrete columns. There are no other restrictive supports and walls.
Floors
The three buildings consist in each case of two basements, one ground floor and six upper floors. The buildings all have one main entrance and two side entrances, on the ground floor. The upper floors and the basements with the various storerooms, the technical installations and the underground parking are each accessible via a staircase, an elevator and a common goods lift. Additionally there is another staircase serving all buildings and three glass passenger lifts.
Building services
The three buildings are fully air-conditioned. Within the common building frame there is in addition a well-designed ventilation system, with which the joint interiors can be ventilated efficiently.
